Green Thumbs Grow at Morgridge Academy Summer Camp

Bean PolesThanks to a generous grant from Denver Urban Gardens, students at the Morgridge Academy Summer Camp spent more time in their outdoor classroom! The donated funds tripled the number of garden boxes, which students filled with seeds. In between cultivating the garden, the students also learned about wellness and did other fun activities. The harvest will be shared by student families and with the community.
